Works best in the summer, mainly small, fun waves at beach-breaks, though you may also have heard of Rocky Point and Glass reefs, which are soft waves, ideal for intermediate surfers.

Flag Beach:

Type: Beach break

Description: Long white sand beach with various peaks, picks up North swell & wrap-around NW and W swells, as well as wind-generated waves all summer long.

Level: Beginner - advanced

Glass reef (El Burro):

Type: Reef & beach

Description: Reef: Long, slow left and a shorter, faster right.  Beach: Mainly right-handers with a dry-hair paddle-out, sometimes strong rip southwards.Level: Reef -Intermediate.
